Built for Pakistani board students

MCQz turns each chapter of the board syllabus into a bank of MCQs with four options, a marked answer and an explanation. You can take a chapter test, take a full-book test that draws from every chapter, and review your mistakes afterwards. Everything is available in English and Urdu, and you do not need an account to start.

Today that adds up to 19,202 questions across 14 subjects and 154 chapters, under 9 Punjab boards.

Each bank is written chapter by chapter against the Punjab curriculum and the textbook chapters students actually study, in the MCQ format the boards use. Questions are checked against the chapter content before they are published, and every question carries an explanation setting out why the correct option is correct.

The banks are original practice material, not past papers, and MCQz is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board. If you find a question you believe is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the textbook and correct or remove it.

All nine Punjab boards are live: Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan and Sahiwal. These boards follow the same curriculum and the same paper pattern, so one carefully written bank serves every one of them — you are not practising a diluted version by choosing your own board.

Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Federal Board and Cambridge (O/A Levels) are on the roadmap and are not yet available. We would rather publish nothing for a board than publish an empty shelf, so those boards appear as “coming soon” until their banks are ready.

MCQz is free, and there is no paid tier. Hosting, question writing and review are paid for by advertising. Ads do not influence which questions appear on the site or what the explanations say.
