Terms of Service

MCQz provides free, chapter-wise multiple-choice practice tests for Pakistani board students, together with explanations and progress tracking. The service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.

MCQz is intended for students aged 13 and above, and for the teachers and parents supporting them. If you are under 13, please use the site only with a parent or teacher. If you are below the age at which you can enter into a contract where you live, use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You do not need an account to practise. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and give accurate details, since the account is how your progress and test history are kept. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to info@mcqz.pk.

Please use MCQz as it is meant to be used. In particular, do not:

• Copy, scrape or bulk-extract the question bank, whether by hand or with automated tools, or republish it elsewhere.
• Share test answers or answer keys in a way that defeats the purpose of practising.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with other students using it.

The question bank, the explanations, the test configurations and the text and design of the site belong to MCQz. The underlying curriculum and the textbooks it is based on are not ours, and the names of the examination boards belong to those boards.

You may use the site for your own study and, if you are a teacher, with your own students. You may not republish the question bank, in whole or in part, as your own material.

MCQz is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any examination board, and it does not publish official papers or official results. See the disclaimer for more on this and on the accuracy of the content.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, questions or whole sections of the site, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

MCQz is a study aid. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions made on the basis of practice questions or explanations, or any interruption to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Pakistan.

If these terms change, the “last updated” date above will change with them. Continuing to use MCQz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
