10th class is the board year: the second half of Matric, and the result that most students are judged on when they apply for Intermediate. The science subjects turn noticeably more quantitative than in 9th class — Ohm's law and circuit calculations in Physics, the mole and equation balancing in Chemistry, and human physiology and reproduction in Biology.

Because Part 1 and Part 2 are examined as separate papers but count together for your Matric result, this is the year to close gaps rather than carry them. The questions below cover the whole chapter, including the exercise questions and the worked examples that the MCQ paper tends to mirror.

How many chapters does each subject have?

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics each run to around a dozen chapters in the Punjab course. The chapter list for each subject below shows exactly what is covered.
